Bicutan, Taguig City, July 29, 2022– The Technology Application and Promotion Institute is awarded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) the Certificate of Registration of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) for promoting high performance in Human Resources Management through the years.

The event was spearheaded by Director II Margarita G. Reyes of CSC who presented the Certificate of Registration of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) to DOST-TAPI Director Atty. Marion Ivy D. Decena, the TAPI Executive Committee, and the TAPI Employees Association (TAPIEA) President Rodel Oracion, for achieving another milestone through its promotion of an effective and efficient DOST-TAPI's human resources management system.

With CSC’s guidance and support, this is an open door for DOST-TAPI to continuously aim for excellence in its Human Resource services such as competent hiring, recruitment placement, and career development for its employees.  It is also a step closer for DOST-TAPI’s vision to implement and transform its Human Resource Management system to be more effective and responsive towards a harmonious relationship between TAPI Management and its employees.

This coming October 2022, DOST-TAPI in collaboration with the CSC, is planning to conduct an orientation to elevate the Human Resource Management Sector to the next level of excellence through a more efficient and effective management system with both the management and employees of DOST-TAPI working hand-in-hand.
