  • Duties and Responsibilities
    1. Assist in the implementation of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) which covers four HR systems such as Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Learning and Development, Competency Profiling, Performance Management and Rewards and Incentives;

    2. Updates personnel records which includes service record, leave card, plantilla of personnel, attendance monitoring and safekeeping of all 201 files of permanent and contract based staff;

    3. Prepares payroll of all TAPI employees;

    4. Prepares various reports for submission to CSC, GSIS, CESBOARD, DOST, DBM and other concerned agencies;

    5. Assist in the ISO activities of the HR Section;

    6. Performs liaisoning activities to different agencies ie GSIS, CSC, CESBOARD;

    1. Assist in the regular routine and recurring administrative duties.
