    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
    2. One (1) year of relevant experience
    3. Four (4) hours of relevant training
    4. Exceptional skills in writing and communication
    5. Preferably with skills in multimedia presentation/editing/graphics
    6. Relevant experience in handling promotional activities

    Desirable Qualifications:

    1. Must have strong analytical skills;
    2. Able to communicate technical information to all client levels;
    3. Team-player and has a positive working attitude.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    Shall perform technical and administrative support in the overall implementation of the Technology Innovation for Commercialization (TECHNICOM) Program, particularly in the following aspects:

    1. Review incoming proposals;
    2. Facilitate commercial viability evaluation;
    3. Coordinate technical evaluation to monitoring agencies;
    4. Facilitate endorsement of proposals for DOST EXECOM evaluation;
    5. Prepare project documents, coordinate with concerned stakeholder’s / proponent agencies particularly in topics involving technology commercialization;
    6. Handle on-going and completed projects;
    7. Facilitate impact analysis assessment and post-completion monitoring of funded technologies;
    8. Handle write-ups, articles, publications, printing of brochures and other forms of press releases (for TECHNICOM projects);
    9. Manage TECHNICOM website and social media page;
    10. Participate in promotional activities of the Program (forum/workshops and various exhibits);
    11. Facilitate preparation of various reports/outputs such as technical and financial reports for submission to DOST/DBM;
    12. Manage the project database and maintenance of project documents; and
    13. Management of project documents/records.
