  • Minimum requirements:

    Education: Completion of Two (2) years studies in college

    Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience

    Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training


    Desirable Qualifications:

    1. Preferably with experience in taking minutes

    2. Computer literate and familiar with office equipment

    3. Willing to travel

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    Shall perform clerical and administrative support in the overall implementation of "Prosecution, Enforcement and Collection of all TAPI Cases" Project, particularly in the following aspects:

    1. Assists in the overall implementation of the above-mentioned project of the Legal Unit;

    2. Performs secretarial work for the Legal Unit such as, but not limited to:

         a. Preparation of minutes of meeting;

         b. Encoding of various documents;

         c. Maintains project records and ensure all records are scanned before filing;

         d. Assist the Legal Unit in all administrative works related to the project;

    3. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
