    Minimum Requirements:

    Education: Completion of 2 years studies in college

    Experience: 2 years of relevant experience

    Training: 8 hours of relevant trainings

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Development Communication/BSBA Marketing

    2. Good moral character

    3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

    4. Willing to travel and work on extended working hours

    Diserable Qualifications:

    1. Knowledgeable in marketing communications/social marketing;

    2. Experience in project management, cost estimate and project monitoring; and

    3. Knowledgeable in writing press releases/news articles.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    Shall perform technical and administrative support in the overall implementation of the PCAARRD funded project entitled "Enhancing the Promotion of Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources (AANR) Technologies through complementary platforms", particularly in the following aspects:

    1. Assists the TAPI Focal Person in the overall implementation of the project;

    2. Prepares correspondence relevant to the project;

    3. Prepares write-up/news articles relevant to the project activities;

    4. Coordinates with project stakeholders relevant to the project activities;

    5. Assists with the project logistics including agenda, meeting arrangements and minutes;

    6. Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established project policies and procedures;

    7. Coordinates, invites and facilitates the activities i.e. forum, training, participation to summit and exhibitions relevant to the project;

    8. Prepares report relevant to the activities project;

    9. Prepares quarterly accomplishment reports of the project; and

    10. Contribute to the overall success of the project team and performs other duties as may be required.
