Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/2nd Level Eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Primary responsible in conceptualizing and developing strategies in promoting TAPI and DOST generated and supported technologies, inventions, innovations, programs and services;
  2. To provide creative approach and inputs to the promotion of technologies, inventions, innovations including promotional activities and events;
  3. To prepare design for use in promotional collaterals;
  4. To collaborate with other TAPI technical divisions and DOST agencies in the promotion of identified programs, services including technologies for marketing and promotion;
  5. To conduct research on promotion strategies for DOST technologies that require assistance for market entry to identified target market or industry;
  6. To provide technical and/or creative support in the overall implementation of TAPI's events;
  7. Lead the investor meetings for industry offering in the following aspect:
    • coordinate with beneficiaries to identify market/industry;
    • develop pitch deck/portfolio, and other promotional materials for investor meetings;
    • research list of companies/organization;
    • engage with companies or organizations and explore possibilities for adoption; and
  8. To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  2. Updated Personal Data Sheet with recent ID picture
  3. True copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
  4. Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility/Proof of Board results, if available
  5. Copies of Training Certificates
  6. Performance Rating for Two Rating Periods, if applicable
  7. NBI Clearance
  8. Certificate of No Pending Administrative or Criminal Case
