Project Title: “Support to the Implementation of the SciTech Superhighway Program of the DOST and IPOPHL/DTI”

One (1) Information Systems Analyst II (ISA II) as support staff
Status of Appointment: Contractual/Project-Based Staff
Monthly Salary: P42,127.20
Duration: Six (6) months (subject for renewal)

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Holder of a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job;
2) One (1) year of relevant experience;
3) Four (4) hours of relevant training;
4) Good moral character;
5) Willing to work on extended working hours without additional compensation;

Desirable Qualifications:
1) Experience in project management;
2) Experience in dealing with experts and other relevant stakeholders;
3) Experience in managing websites and databases;
4) Actual industry experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Provide support in the development of program that will be used by TAPI as Secretariat to the TWG;
2) Ensure 100% recording in the IP Ware database management system of all applications and reports received;
3) Ensure the integrity of data in the IP Ware database management system;
4) Provide real-time updates on deliverables and achievements based on IP Ware database management alert system;
5) Ensure timely logs and compliance using IP ware;
6) Prepare publicity materials for the project;
7) Accommodate walk-in, phone calls, e-mail inquiries from clients and stakeholders; and
8) Perform other related duties/tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
