The Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI), through its Bids and Awards Committee, will undertake an Alternative Method of Procurement through Appendix 28 of the IRR of RA 9184 entitled, “Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Services, Infrastructure Project and and Consulting Services To be Procured and Perform Overseas for the following project: 

Name of Project: “Rental of Booth Exhibit Materials and Structures for Participation in the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025”


Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): $137,482.08 (Inclusive of government taxes and other applicable fees/charges)

Interested suppliers are required to submit the following valid and current eligibility documentary requirements (Note: Failure to submit the following documents will result in DISQUALIFICATION):

  1. Business Registration and/or Permit or its equivalent;
  2. Internal Revenue Certificate or Registration/Number or its equivalent; and
  3. Duly signed Price Quotation Form (use Annex “A” ONLY).

In the absence of the aforementioned documents under items 1 and 2, the supplier may submit any other form of documentation or evidence sufficient to establish their technical, legal, and financial capacity to undertake and complete the project.

Bidders must bid on ALL ITEMS. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest quotation, provided it complies with the minimum technical specifications and/or description and falls within the ABC as stated above, along with other terms and conditions stated therein.

Award of the contract shall be in favor of the supplier or contractor with the Single Calculated Responsive Bid (SCRB) or Lowest Calculated and responsive Bid (LCRB). 

Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initiated by the bidder or his/her duly authorized representative/s. The Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
