Monthly Salary: Php 61,628.00
Duration: Six (6) months, subject to renewal
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations (PR), Communications, Marketing, International Relations or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- With more than three (3) years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing, with at least two (2) years in a senior role managing PR campaings or projects.
- Proven experience managing PR initiatives for international events or exhibitions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools; Asana, Monday.com, Confluence or other project management certifications are advantageous.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality promotional content, press releases, and media kits.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital media, and innovative PR techniques to enhance campaign impact.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed for exhibition oversight and on-site PR management.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours to meet the needs of international time zones and exhibition schedules.
- High level of cultural awareness and adaptability, essential for engaging effectively with diverse international audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks in PR campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As PR Planning Specialist, oversee the overall management of Project PADAGHAN's PR initiatives for the international exhibitions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and goals.
- Collaborate closely with the project leader and relevant stakeholders to understand the requirements and expectations for PR campaigns associated with each international exhibition.
- Develop comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns tailored to each international exhibition's specific themes, audiences, and goals, considering factors such as target demographics, messaging, and communication channels.
- Lead the execution of PR campaigns, including creating and disseminating promotional materials, press releases, and media kits, to maximize visibility and engagement for DOST-TAPI technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns, tracking key metrics such as media coverage, audience reach, and engagement levels, and provide regular reports to the project leader on campaign performance.
- Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with PR activities, proactively developing mitigation strategies to address issues and ensure the success of the campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of PR initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment across all project activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in PR and communication, incorporating innovative approaches and strategies into Project PADAGHAN's PR campaigns to enhance their impact and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to PR activities associated with the international exhibitions, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Contribute to developing comprehensive post-event reports and evaluations, analyzing the outcomes and impact of PR campaigns, and providing insights and recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
