Status of Appointment: Contract of Service

Monthly Salary: Php 18,703.00

Duration: Six (6) months, subject to renewal

 

Minimum Requirements:

Education:       Completion of two years studies in college

Experience:     None Required

Training:          None Required

Eligibility:         None Required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  2. Knowledgeable in accounting principles, budget management, and expense tracking;
  3. Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and financial reporting.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail for handling budgeting, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
  • Willingness to learn accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial reporting.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes, invoice management, and purchase order tracking.
  • Ability to work within deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to manage occasional travel for project-related financial reviews or audits.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements, budgets, and financial reporting deadlines.
  • Professional and ethical approach in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and interacting with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player, contributing to efficient financial and accounting operations for project success.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Offer administrative support to the project team by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes, ensuring effective communication and documentation of project activities.
  2. Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, government agencies, and private partners, to promote collaboration and information sharing.
  3. Handle procurement for the project, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders, to ensure timely acquisition of necessary resources and supplies.
  4. Track project timelines and milestones, monitoring progress against schedules, and identifying potential delays or bottlenecks for proactive resolution.
  5. Assist the project manager in preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
  6. Coordinate logistics for project-related events, workshops, and training sessions, including booking venues, arranging travel, and organizing catering, to ensure smooth execution of activities.
  7. Maintain organized and accessible project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence, for easy reference and retrieval.
  8. Assist in budget tracking and financial management for the project, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget reconciliation, to ensure fiscal accountability and compliance.
  9. Act as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.
  10. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization, to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of project operations.
