Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly payroll of all TAPI employees;
- Assist in the ISO activities of HR Section;
- Assist in the implementation of the TAPI Learning and Development (L&D) Plan and TAPI-Wide activities including coordination with pool of internal trainers, external trainers and/or training providers;
- Assist in the evaluation of learning and development interventions attended by employees;
- Updates and maintains database of TAPI training programs;
- Drafts L&D related reports, memo, policies, and guidelines;
- Assist in the regular routine and recurring administrative duties; and
- Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
