•Bachelor’s Degree in field relevant to the position.
•Good moral character.
•Good communication skills (verbal and written)
•Willing to travel and to work on extended working hours at no additional compensation.
•Experience in dealing with experts and other relevant stakeholders.
•Experience in administrative and accounting tasks.
• Assists in all administrative matters related to the functions and deliverables of the project.
• Assists in accommodating school tours and visitors at TAPI - DEC/BAC.
• Monitors and troubleshoots minor problems of the TAPI Exhibits; and
• Prepares reports and updates on the status of the exhibits at TAPI
